Strength
Steel has high strength and is able to withstand large loads. For example, in heavy industrial plants, large machinery and equipment need to be placed, and steel structures can effectively support the weight of these equipment. Generally, the yield strength of Q345 steel can reach 345MPa, which is much higher than the compressive strength of ordinary concrete structures, and the material cross-section required for steel structures is smaller when subjected to the same amount of pressure.
Good toughness and ductility
Steel has good toughness, which allows the steel structure workshop to absorb a large amount of energy without breaking immediately when subjected to sudden impact loads (such as earthquakes, crane collisions, etc.). For example, in the steel structure workshop in the earthquake area, under the action of seismic waves, the steel can consume seismic energy through its own deformation and reduce the degree of damage to the structure. At the same time, the ductility of the steel also ensures that the structure can redistribute the internal forces through local plastic deformation in the case of certain overloads, so as to avoid brittle failure of the structure.
Stability
Through reasonable component design and connection methods, the steel structure can ensure the stability of the plant under various load combinations. For example, in the portal rigid frame steel structure workshop, the stability of the rigid frame outside the plane is ensured by setting up corner braces, tie rods and other components. For tall steel structure workshops, space support systems, such as horizontal supports and inter-column supports of the roof, will effectively connect the various components together to form a stable spatial structure system to prevent the plant from being unstable and damaged under the action of wind load and crane load.
Light
The weight of the steel structure is light, and the weight of the steel structure workshop can be reduced a lot compared with the traditional concrete structure workshop. This is a relatively low requirement for the foundation, and the foundation cost of the steel structure workshop will be lower than that of the concrete structure workshop. Under normal circumstances, the self-weight of the steel structure is about 1/3 - 1/5 of the self-weight of the concrete structure, which is also relatively convenient in the process of transportation and installation, which reduces the requirements and construction difficulty of hoisting equipment.
High degree of industrialization
The steel structural components can be prefabricated in the factory, and the production process is relatively standardized. Packing: we pack all the parts on the steel pallet and push into the container when clients received they can pulling them out within half an hour. It can help our clients to save a lot of time and labor cost during unloading.
Container loading; We will supply the materials list, the packing lists based on the contents we loaded into container. Showing the quantity, part no. length, container no, seal no.after finishing the container loading.

Packaging & Shipping
