The steel structure prefabricated factory building is mainly composed of three parts: the main load-bearing system, the outer envelope system and supporting facilities. The main load-bearing system adopts H-shaped steel columns and box-shaped steel beams, which are connected by high-strength bolts and partial welding processes to form a stable frame structure. Depending on industrial needs, it can be designed in different forms, such as a long-span single-storey structure for warehousing, a multi-storey structure with a production office, or a structure with a heavy-duty crane. The outer envelope system is made of advanced materials, the outer wall is made of rock wool sandwich color steel plate, and the roof is made of anti-corrosion aluminum-magnesium-manganese alloy plate, which has good thermal insulation, moisture-proof and sound insulation performance, and has a modern appearance. Supporting facilities include intelligent logistics systems (automated guided vehicles, conveyor belts), environmental control systems, security monitoring systems and emergency response systems.
