Certifications
What are the matters to be paid attention to in the fabrication, transportation, installation, fire protection and rust prevention of steel structure components?
(1) Fabrication: The fabrication of steel structure includes many aspects such as release, numbering, cutting, calibration and so on.The anti-slip coefficient of the friction surface after high-strength bolt treatment should meet the design requirements.
Rust removal and painting are carried out after qualified production quality inspection.General installation of welds left 30 ~ 50mm temporary unpainted.
(2) Welding: welders must be qualified by the examination and obtain a certificate of competency, and must be qualified in its examination project and its recognized scope of welding.Welding after welding shall be in the process of welding and parts of the welder to play on the welder's seal.

Design should be based on the provisions of the relevant defense, so that the building structure can meet the requirements of the corresponding fire.In the time required by the fire prevention standard, the temperature of the steel structure should not exceed the critical temperature to ensure the normal bearing capacity of the structure.
2) The exposed steel structure may be subject to serious corrosion, most commonly rust, by the atmosphere, especially the polluted atmosphere.This necessitates anti-corrosion treatment of the surfaces of the members to ensure the normal use of the steel structure.The method of anti-corrosion treatment is determined by the surface conditions of the members and the requirements of service life.
