In the process of concrete pouring, intelligent equipment is used to monitor the compactness of concrete in real time to ensure that the bearing capacity of the foundation meets the design requirements.
Steel structure installation: The construction method of modular disassembly and assembly is adopted, and the large steel structure components are prefabricated into modules in the factory, and after being transported to the site, they are accurately installed with the help of professional hoisting equipment. Using laser positioning technology, the verticality of the steel column and the horizontality of the steel beam are controlled to ensure that the installation error is controlled at the millimeter level. At the same time, the automatic welding technology is used to ensure the quality of the weld and improve the overall stability of the structure.
Roof and wall installation: After the installation of the main body of the steel structure is completed, the installation of the roof and wall is carried out.
