Construction:

Foundation construction: According to the design requirements and geological conditions, determine the type of foundation, such as independent foundation, raft foundation, etc. During foundation construction, the position, elevation and size of the foundation are accurately controlled to ensure that the bearing capacity of the foundation meets the design requirements. In the process of concrete pouring, vibrate and compact to prevent quality problems such as honeycomb surface and cavities.

Steel structure installation: The steel structure installation usually adopts prefabricated construction, the installation of the steel column is carried out first, the verticality and elevation of the steel column are accurately adjusted by measuring instruments, and then the steel beam is installed to form a stable frame structure. During the installation process, the operation is carried out in strict accordance with the design drawings and construction specifications to ensure that the components are firmly connected, the bolt tightening torque meets the requirements, and the welding quality meets the standards.

Roof and wall installation: The roof and wall installation is carried out after the completion of the main body of the steel structure. Before installation, the base layer of the roof and wall is cleaned and leveled, and then the insulation and waterproofing layer are laid. When installing color steel plates or sandwich panels, pay attention to the splicing and sealing of the plates to prevent leakage.

Installation of supporting facilities: After the installation of the main structure is completed, the installation of lighting, ventilation, fire protection and other supporting facilities is carried out. The installation of these facilities should be closely coordinated with the construction of the main structure to ensure that the installation location is accurate and the system is operating normally.
