Q355 series: Q355B, Q355D and other low-alloy high-strength structural steels, with a yield strength of 355MPa, have good comprehensive mechanical properties, high strength, good plasticity and welding performance, can meet the requirements of most prefabricated workshops for structural bearing capacity, and stable performance in different temperature environments, suitable for plant construction in various climatic conditions.
S355 series: such as S355JR, is a European standard of low-alloy high-strength steel, which also has high strength and good weldability, and is often selected in international projects or plant construction with high requirements for steel quality.

Hot-dip galvanizing: The H-beam is immersed in molten zinc to form a continuous, dense zinc layer on the surface of the steel. The thickness of the zinc layer is generally determined according to the use environment, and in the general industrial atmospheric environment, the thickness of the zinc layer can reach more than 80μm. The anti-corrosion effect of hot-dip galvanizing is long-lasting, which can effectively prevent steel rust and prolong the service life of steel structure.
Anticorrosive coatings: Apply anticorrosive coatings such as epoxy zinc-rich primers, acrylic polyurethane topcoats, etc. on the surface of H-beams. The zinc powder in the epoxy zinc-rich primer acts as cathodic protection, while the acrylic polyurethane topcoat has good weather resistance and decorative properties. A multi-pass coating system is typically used, with a total dry film thickness between 150 - 250 μm to ensure good corrosion protection.

High-strength bolts: used for the connection between H-beams and between H-beams and other components, such as large hexagonal head high-strength bolts and torsional shear high-strength bolts. High-strength bolted connection has the advantages of simple construction, good mechanical performance and replacement. Its strength grades are commonly 8.8 and 10.9, and 10.9 grade high-strength bolts have higher tensile strength and yield strength, which are suitable for parts with higher requirements for connection strength, such as the node connection between steel columns and steel beams.
Welding materials: Welding materials are used in some parts that need to be welded on site, such as the splicing of H-beams, the connection between embedded parts and H-beams, etc. For Q355 steel, the commonly used electrode models are E50 series, such as E5015, E5016, which have a good match with Q355 steel and can ensure the strength and toughness of the welded joint. In gas shielded welding, the commonly used welding wire is ER50 - 6, with carbon dioxide or mixed gas as shielding gas, the welding efficiency is high, and the weld quality is good.
