Main structure: It is composed of steel columns, steel beams and other main components. As a vertical load-bearing member, the steel column bears the load from the roof, crane beams, etc., and transmits it to the foundation. The steel beams mainly bear the roof load and transfer the load to the steel columns, which together form a stable frame structure. These components are generally made of hot-rolled or welded sections, such as H-beams, I-beams, channel steels, etc.
Envelope system: including roof and wall. The roof is usually made of colored profiled steel plate or sandwich panel, which has the functions of waterproofing, heat preservation, heat insulation and so on. The wall material is similar to the roof, and the brick wall or block wall can also be used as a partial enclosure structure, but when it is connected with the main body of the steel structure, reliable connection measures need to be taken to ensure the stability of the overall structure.
Support system: divided into inter-column support and roof support. The main function of the support between the columns is to improve the longitudinal stiffness and stability of the plant, and to transmit the longitudinal horizontal load, such as wind load, longitudinal braking force of the crane, etc. The roof support is used to ensure the spatial stability of the roof structure and transfer the horizontal load of the roof, so that the roof structure can effectively transfer the load to the main structure.
